As director of Football Development Programme, Paul has been involved in playing and coaching football for over 18 years.
Paul started out playing football in the local Kent leagues whilst at school. During his time at college studying for a Sports Diploma, he undertook work experience at Charlton Athletic football club training ground learning and working alongside the youth and first team in training methods.
When he moved to the West Midlands to study a Sports and Health Science degree, he played semi-professional football for a number of clubs in the West Midlands leagues and also had involvement in coaching children’s teams. He completed an FA Football Preliminary course during this time as well as undertaking coaching for the Wolverhampton University football teams.
After finishing his degree, Paul stayed on playing semi-professional football before moving back to Kent to qualify as a Register of Exercise Professionals Level Three personal trainer and started his own fitness business. He also acquired qualifications in football coaching from the FA and Coerver coaching courses to add to his wide and varied experience within football.
Paul’s passion is to see elite level football coaching and the very best training methods applied at every level of football from grass roots up to the professional game, installing a high class mentality within players of all ages, levels and abilities. With this knowledge and practice, Paul desires to see every individual reach their full potential and so raising the standards of football at every level of the game.

James is a qualified Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 Personal Trainer and has a keen interest in the role that strength and conditioning fitness plays within sports performance.
James’ interest has led him to complete a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports and Exercise Science which has particular focus on the physiological and psychological components involved with sports performance.
James undertook his training at West Ham United Football Club learning from the cutting edge training methods within the Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning department at West Ham. His desire is to help individuals and teams reach their optimum level of fitness to ensure improved performance on the pitch.
In the past James has devised sports-specific training programmes to encompass a wide variety of goals within athletes from a range of sports. These fitness programmes are designed to produce the optimum level of sports performance within athletes.

FA Level 1 and 2 Club Coach
Mark started out playing football in the Tonbridge leagues and then moved abroad to France, where he experienced playing football in the under-17s French leagues.
Returning to the UK to complete a university degree in Sunderland, he was actively involved in the Sunderland University football team.
Playing football abroad had a rich influence on Mark’s football education and because of this, he visited France again in the 90s to play for a French side called ‘La Sauvetat’. During this time, Mark also worked at the French football school of excellence, Collège Didier-Lamoulie which provided Mark with many insights and methods of training and developing footballers.
Mark came back to England and completed his FA Level 1 and 2 club coaching qualifications and currently works with a number of local teams, assisting in coaching and training sessions. He is keen to work with teams and alongside individual players to help develop each facet of a player and team’s game in order to see the results of hard work and dedication that is put in.

Chloe is a fully qualified and experienced physiotherapist who manages the Football Development Programme physiotherapy team.
Our physios provide the expertise and support required for football skill perfection and progression. Each practitioner has years of experience rehabilitating and preventing injuries with both amateur and professional sports persons and athletes.
Whether it’s a specific injury, pre- or post-match sports massage or requirements to maximise your game, they will help you achieve your potential.
A must for all footballers, maximise your sports performance on the pitch by learning about the best nutrition to take on at the right times.
Information is provided on pre-match meals, post-match recovery fuel and nutritional advice including individual diet analysis and advice.

SCHOOL PE SESSIONS
Our CRB approved team are able to provide a full term of football coaching and training sessions within school hours for students looking to improve and develop their football ability.
Sessions can involve coaching skills and team development, progressing students from the level they are at through to a higher level and working their way through our specifically designed football syllabus

We offer physiotherapy sessions with qualified physiotherapists able to visit on location to provide the specific treatment required.
Requirements for individual players could include sports massage, treatment for specific sports injuries or stress-relieving massages.

We offer 60 minute one-to-one in-depth training sessions designed to improve and work on specific aspects of a player’s game.
Sessions include ball work drills, technique coaching, fitness development and help and advice on match performance and nutrition.
